No exchanges or claims without a complete package opening video. All claims have to be submitted day of parcel arrival.If the item arrives in good condition and a week or months from then something happens, we are not liable for that.
We don't provide stones or beads for life after receiving the order. Only if initially something is missing we will mail it out to you. But later one we are not liable for any missing stones or providing those to you for any jewelry pieces.
